Comienza hirviendo las papas. Coloca las papas en una olla y c\u00fabrelas con agua fr\u00eda. Lleva a ebullici\u00f3n y hierve durante 10 a 12 minutos.<\/strong><br \/><strong>2. Precalienta tu parrilla a fuego alto, entre 500 y 600 grados F <\/strong><br \/><strong>3. Mientras la parrilla se calienta, corta el rib eye en trozos.<\/strong><br \/><strong>4. Corta los pimientos verdes, amarillos y las cebollas en trozos del mismo tama\u00f1o.<\/strong><br \/><strong>5. Arma las brochetas ensartando el bistec, las papas y las verduras en los pinchos.<\/strong><br \/><strong>6. Roc\u00eda los pinchos con aceite de oliva en spray y espolvorea con sal y pimienta.<\/strong><br \/><strong>7. Col\u00f3calos en la parrilla y \u00e1salos por cada lado durante 2 a 3 minutos.<\/strong><br \/><strong>8.
