Start by boiling the potatoes. Place the potatoes in a pot and fill them with cold water. Bring the mixture to a boil, then boil for 10 to 12 minutes.<\/strong><br \/><strong>2. Preheat your grill to high, between 500 and 600 degrees F.<\/strong><br \/><strong>3. While the grill is heating, cut your rib eye \u00a0into chunks. <\/strong><br \/><strong>4. Cut the green and yellow peppers and onions into the same size chunks.<\/strong><br \/><strong>5. Skewer the steak, potatoes and veggies. <\/strong><br \/><strong>6. Spray the skewers with olive oil spray and sprinkle them with salt and pepper. <\/strong><br \/><strong>7. Place them on the grill and grill on each side for 2 to 3 minutes.<\/strong><br \/><strong>8.
